Spoil the one you love this Valentines Day here at The Sovereign.
Our head chef, Kevin King and his team have thoughtfully put together the following menu for you and your loved one.
First Base (Entree')
Tasting Plate
- 6 sizzling garlic prawns served with garlic butter
- Lightly fried crumbed mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese and fresh basil, served with a garlic aioli
- Turkish bread and dips
Second Base (Main Course)
Main Degustation Platter
- Atlantic salmon and fresh W.A Barramundi served on a bed of creamed spinach, topped with prawns and calamari in a mornay sauce
- Lamb cutlets crumbed with fresh mint and seeded mustard, then panfried to perfection and served on oven roasted garlic mash and finished with a red wine and cranberry jus
- Chicken breast stuffed with roasted capsicum, spinach and camembert oven backed and served on mediterranean couscous
Served with a side of greek salad
Home Run (Dessert)
Chocolate Fondue
- Indulge in our homemade chocolate fondue and make your own dipping combinations with a platter of strawberries, kiwifruit, marshmallows and almond fingers
$50 per person with a complementary glass of sparkling wine
